Assoc. Prof. Dr Maizaitulaidawati is a well-experienced researcher with great enthusiasm and passion for banking and finance. She currently holds a directorship and leads a team of academicians from diverse backgrounds at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. In holding this position, she has gained valuable experience that has provided her with solid communication and teamwork skills. ​Her strong educational background and extensive work experience have provided her with a unique opportunity in the field. She has received widespread industry recognition for her impactful work and is frequently invited to speak and serve as an advisor to international and local institutions. In addition, she has a proven track record of leading various consultancy projects and winning award-winning research projects with a total value exceeding RM10 million. Writing is her passion, and to date, she has authored more than 100 research papers, book chapters, and media articles.
